A potential infill site in the heart of one of Shropshire’s sought after villages has been launched to the market by Balfours.

Cressage Garage site is 0.28 acres, while it currently does not benefit from planning, inroads have been made and it has been established that Cressage is a proposed to be hub in the draft new Local Plan.
