It is no coincidence that we worked with Gareth Williams on his acclaimed book, The Country Houses of Shropshire. The modern LLP was created by the merger over 20 years ago of of three firms: Balfour and Cook, Burd and Evans and Benson Rogers-Coltman. They were subsequently joined by Smith-Woolley and Berringtons, creating the firm we have today. Balfours are proud to be big enough to match the more recent national firms. We have retained our local pedigree and roots, managing significant estates across Wales and West Midlands and we have the contacts to be involved in the sale of some of the regions finest properties.
