Return to Shropshire – Rural Surveyor
Jasmin Teague, who recently graduated from the Royal Agricultural University with a degree in rural land management, has returned to Balfours, where she undertook her placement year, just over a year ago.
With her roots in the family farm in Mid-Wales, she says she is delighted to be back on home turf, after spending three years studying at Cirencester.
Appointed Assistant Land Agent, Jasmin is working with Balfours partner Richard Jones-Perrott. He comments: “We are delighted that Jasmin has returned to us. She truly understands country matters and has an excellent knowledge of Shropshire and Mid-Wales. This combined with her studies and placement year with us are excellent foundations for her career at Balfours.”
Throwing herself into the Balfours team Jasmin has volunteered to take part in the Coracle World Championships, on September 12: “It’s a bit out of my comfort zone, but it is in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support and should be fun even if we do get wet. However, it’s horse riding that really floats my boat!” she adds.
