Property description:
The Land extends to 133 acres or thereabouts. The extent of the Land is shown on the attached plan. All of the land is currently pasture, used for mowing in part and grazing.

The Land is classified as a mixture of Grade 2 and 3 by the Ministry of Agriculture. The Land lies approximately between 150 and 240 metres above sea level.

The soil is described as freely draining slightly acid loamy soils. The average rainfall is about 35 inches.
