The Balfours’ brand is recognised as an agent of choice when selling prime, highly desirable residential properties and this is a key part of job satisfaction for Amy Meldrum-Beechey, Balfours Shrewsbury sales office manager.

She says that recognition is earned through true professionalism, diligence and empathy. “I find it hugely satisfying to work through a complex sale and progress it to completion. We frequently receive lovely notes from clients in appreciation of that work,” Amy explains.

Amy, who has nearly 20 years’ experience in the property world, initially in commercial property in Manchester, then with a national agent says that at Balfours they are able to be flexible and go that extra mile.

“We have two most fabulous boutique offices in Shrewsbury and Ludlow, each adjacent to the market squares. This makes it so easy for clients and prospective clients to drop in and chat, as they formulate plans of their next move. I love that; and they seem to too.”
