Method of Sale
The property is being offered for a sale in lots or as a whole by Formal Tender. The Vendor reserves the right to not accept the highest or any offer. The Vendors reserve the right to accept an offer prior to the Tender Date. The Tender is legally binding.
Any prospective purchaser is advised to carry out their own enquiries with Malvern Hills District Council and other relevant Authorities before making an offer for the Property.

Contract
A Tender Pack will be available for inspection from the Vendors Solicitors. The Tender Pack will include a copy of the Contract of Sale and any Special Conditions of Sale. The Vendors Solicitors or Balfours LLP can be contacted directly for a Tender Pack. Any enquiries regarding the Tender Pack need to be made directly to the Vendors Solicitor.
Prospective purchasers will deem to have bid on the basis of the Contract and such conditions whether or not they have inspected them. In the event that there are any variances between these particulars and the Contract of Sale then the latter shall apply.
