Mixed residential development opportunity for 50 homes

A development opportunity for up to 50 houses with planning permission at Llandrindod Wells has been launched to the market by Balfours.

The mixed residential development is found at Crabtree Green, on the northwest fringe of Llandrindod Wells and includes associated access roads. Alistair Hilton, head of sales at Balfours reflects: “This is an exciting prospect with the planning consent enabling delivery in multiple phases, making it an attractive proposition for small and larger builders alike.”

The largest town in the historic region of Radnorshire, Llandrindod Wells is today a thriving commercial and community hub. The town is the administrative centre for Powys County Council and enjoys amenities from rail links, a wide choice of schools, further education and health services, including the Llandrindod Wells War Memorial Hospital.

Alistair adds: “This is an uncomplicated greenfield site situated on flat land, with good access off existing roads directly to the A4081. Mains water, drainage electricity and gas are all available adjacent to the site. It offers the opportunity to build what today’s market wants, namely homes which are environmentally sustainable and economic to run.”

Balfours are marketing the Crabtree Green residential development with a guide price of £1,300,000. For more information call 01743 353511
