Bridge Field is located in the village of Letton. The nearby market town of Kington provides local amenities including local independent shops, pubs, cafes, churches and cricket and golf clubs.

The land is in permanent pasture with the western boundary being the stream with wooded banks. There is a small copse of semi-mature broadleaf and conifer trees adding a further 0.5 acres (0.2 ha) against the public road. The trees are mainly Ash, Red Cedar, Cypress and some Norway Spruces.

To the east, the land backs on to a number of residential properties including what was formerly the Swan Inn at Letton. Mains water is available at the roadside.

A 3-phase electricity supply runs across the site with one electricity pole located in the pasture land. The land in general is well fenced and is stock proof.

The land is in a good livestock farming area with strong demand for grazing and will be sold with entitlements amounting to 6.4 acres (2.6 ha)

There is good roadside access with a 15'6'' tubular bar gate, leading onto the A438.

From Hereford, take the A438 west towards Brecon. Letton is approximately 12 miles along the road. Proceed through Letton, after 500 yards the field entrance to Bridge Field is on the left, just after the Swan Inn.
