Garth Gell is an attractive stone cottage with a slate roof originating from the early 16th Century, which has been extended to create the wonderful house it is today. Garth Gell sits in an elevated private position, a distance off the road at the end of its own drive, with wonderful views. There is a large range of substantial insulated outbuildings as well as a patio, garden and paddocks extending in all to approximately 11 acres.

The town of Llanfyllin is just over a mile away and has a primary school, doctors, dentists, theatre, swimming pool, 2 public houses, a village hall and a popular high school. A wide selection of facilities, including an array of shops, secondary schools, banks, post office, pubs and restaurants, can also be found in the border market town of Oswestry.

The county town of Shrewsbury is also within easy reach. To the north, Chester, Liverpool and Manchester are within easy commuting distance as are Telford, Wolverhampton and Birmingham to the south. There are good transport links via the A5/A483 and M54/M6 and train services are available from the village of Gobowen or Shrewsbury.

There is a family kitchen with fitted units and a Rayburn together with a separate breakfast area. The dining room and sitting rooms are fantastic entertaining rooms with great proportions and light. The drawing room has a full height ceiling with a gallery to one end and an open fire to the other end of the room. There is also a conservatory, utility and study on the ground floor. All of the rooms benefit from the beautiful views.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and two further bedrooms also featuring en suites. One bedroom is accessed via a second set of set of stairs making it suitable for guests staying.

Outside there is a large range of substantial outbuildings as well as a patio, garden and paddocks.

There is scope to facilitate further accommodation.

At the Llynclys crossroads, go straight over. After passing through Porth-y-Waen turn left for Llanfyllin. Continue until reaching Llanfyllin and in the village turn right for Stadco (Ffordd-y-Cain).
Follow the road around to the right and up the hill. The property is on the left-hand side, approximately ¾ mile from the town, with the stone drive wall entrance and tall French gates.
