The land is freehold and is offered for sale by the Executors of Mr J G Haworth.

Lot 3 is comprised of permanent pasture and woodland as well as Ritton Farm along with several farm outbuildings.

The farmland is subject to a grazing licence. Vacant possession will be granted on completion.

Basic Farm Payment - The land is registered with the Rural Payments Agency and has been used to claim under the Basic Payment Scheme.

There are entitlements allocated to the land and these will be transferred to the purchasers on completion subject to the RPA's transfer rules.
