Harper Graduate Joins Balfours

An appointment has been made as part of a land agent’s continued growth. Charlotte Jacob has joined Balfours land agency team as an assistant agent.

The appointment gives Charlotte double reason to celebrate, not only landing her model  job on completion of the Rural Enterprise and Land Management (REALM) course at Harper Adams University, but later this month she will attend her graduation ceremony.

Charlotte will be working on estates throughout Shropshire and mid Wales, while adding to her portfolio for her Assessment of Professional Competence, with final exams 18 months. Says Balfours partner, Tim Perkins: “Charlotte is taking to the challenges that are part of everyday work for a rural surveyor and she is proving to be an adaptable team player.”

Coming from Worcestershire, it was a work experience opportunity which inspired Charlotte to undertake the three year REALM course. Now with exams now out of the way, for 18 months at least, 22 year old Charlotte is free to enjoy her passion for music and surfing during her spare time.”
