Situation: Situated in pretty countryside north of Shrewsbury the land adjoins the B5067 one mile to the west of Bomere Heath.
The land has been in arable rotation but is currently in pasture. It is generally level and of heavier loam in nature. Access is available either off the B5067 or from the minor public road at the northern end

Directions: From Shrewsbury take the B5067 north-west towards Baschurch and after about four miles continue past the turn on the right to Bomere Heath. Take the next right hand turn signed for Merrington. The northern access to the land is on the right shortly after the junction.
