Situation: The land has planning permission for 15 houses in total , comprising six 3-bedroom houses, eight 2-bedroom houses and one 2-bedroom flat. The site is accessed directly off the B5069 on the southern edge of Morda. It is approximately one mile from the centre of Oswestry.
The site has detailed planning permission following the determination of an application for approval of reserved matters dated 6 March 2009 OS/08/15863/REM. The site extends to about 1.5 acres (0.6 ha), offered as one lot. There is no requirement for affordable housing on this site.
Oswestry Borough Council (now Shropshire Council) determined the application for approval of reserved matters on 6 March 2009 (ref OS/08/15863/REM). The site is subject to a Section 106 Agreement with regard to open space and play equipment .
Directions: From Shrewsbury take the A5 north-west to Oswestry, at the roundabout where the A483 turns south towards Welshpool approximately 0.5 miles, turn right towards Morda and Oswestry on the B5069. The site is on the right hand side as you enter Morda behind the first row of houses. Access is just after the houses on the right hand side
