Refurbishment and extension

Work has commenced on the refurbishment and extension to a substantial farmhouse in South Shropshire.

Balfours Building Design and Project Management Department have obtained Planning Consent for the extensions and alterations, prepared specifications and schedules of works and sought competitive tenders.

Work commenced on site just after Christmas. This the first phase of an ongoing project and it is hoped that this initial work will be completed this summer.

The main contractor is JSR Construction who are based near Bridgnorth.
