Drainage Improvements

Balfours Building, Design and Project Management Department have been working closely with the Roy Fletcher Charitable Trust and the Roy Fletcher Centre to carry out improvements to roof drainage.

 New valleys have been laid in the northlight roof increasing their width so that they are fully accessible for maintenance and repair. The work has been carried out by R G Hinds Roofing Contractors. The building has remained in full occupation and use whilst the works have been carried out.
