exciting opportunity for conversion to an additional dwelling, subject to the necessary
consents. Beyond, in a central location, the range of modern farm buildings and farmyard
adjoin the main access road. The principal range of farm buildings are of portal frame
construction and extend to 78m x 32m in total being 4 cattle housing buildings with 3
covered feed passages. To the rear of these are two covered silage clamps of portal frame
construction with cast concrete walls extending to 13.5m x 28m each. A concrete yard forms

picturesque and secluded location. This attractive South facing traditional stone Farmhouse
comprises: drawing room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, utility room, scullery and WC to the

Access to the woodland may be taken directly off the A49 Trunk Road, additionally a right of
way for woodland management and timber extraction shall be reserved along the farm road
from the sale of LOT 1, from point A to point B on the sale plan, if sold separately.
